Great cartoon. Raises lots of questions though. Do all your students have computer and internet access at home? I know that my students struggle with getting to the library to check Myspace when the weather is nice. Wouldn't even consider it in the snow.
ReplyDeleteIf the students do not have computers and broadband connections they should. Putting broadband internet access into the hands of every American should be the major emphasis of the Stimulus package. Spend what it takes to bring broadband access to every American. Build cell towers everywhere. Distribute broadband cards and handhelds to everyone in America. If in the words of the Beatles, "you say you want a revolution" this is the way to do it.
